Where to read Back9Ops's privacy policy, terms of service, accessibility statement and email policy. We link to them and do not repeat them, so you always read the current words.
Quick answer. Back9Ops keeps these four documents on its website. Read them there, not here, so what you read is always the current version:
Who can do this: anyone. You do not need an account to read them.
Before you start
Nothing. The pages open in your browser, on a different address from the app.
The steps
- Press the link for the document you want, above. Each one opens a page on the Back9Ops website. On the day we checked (15 October 2026) all four opened.
- Inside the app, Privacy and Terms also sit in the small footer of the player menu. We saw both there. We did not look for the other two inside the app.
- If you want your own data copied or removed, that is not a document: Download or delete your data shows you how.
What you should see
An ordinary web page for each document, on the Back9Ops website rather than in the app. This Help Center does not summarize them, because a summary can go out of date and the document is the one that counts.
If it goes wrong
- A link does not open. Check your connection, then try again. If it still does not open, email support@back9ops.com with the link you pressed.
- Your question is not answered in the document. Email support@back9ops.com and quote the sentence you were reading. Contact us has what to put in the message.
Director's tip
This one is our advice, not a rule of the app. If you run an event for people outside your club, put the privacy link in your event email so they can read it before they sign up.
