End-of-day reports

Read the day's rounds, groups, no-shows and cancellations on one short page, see where the bookings came from, and take the detail home as a spreadsheet.

Quick answer. On the tee sheet press More, then Rounds. Pick Today, This week or This month. The page shows five numbers (rounds, groups, no-shows, cancelled, member rounds) and a list of where the bookings came from. Spreadsheet hands you every booking in the range as a file.

Who can do this: an Organizer or an Admin. We walked it as the club Admin and did not walk it as an Organizer. The counter's More menu lists Rounds too, as Open the day's sheet says. We did not open the page from the counter.

Before you start

Mark the day's groups as arrived on the sheet first: Check a group in. The report counts what has been marked. A golfer nobody marked is counted as "not marked", not as absent.

The steps

  1. Press Tee Sheet in the side menu. Pick the course if you have more than one.
  2. Press More, then Rounds. The page is headed Rounds.
  3. Across the top are three buttons, Today, This week and This month, and a Spreadsheet link. Press the range you want. Under them is the date, or the first and last day, such as "Sunday, October 11 – Wednesday, October 14".
  4. Read the five cards:
    • rounds played, with a line under it like "0 on nine · 10 on eighteen".
    • groups.
    • no-shows, with a line under it like "1 checked in · 8 not marked".
    • cancelled, with the line "not counted as rounds".
    • member rounds, with a line under it like "10 public".
  5. Read Where they booked. It is a list of ways bookings arrived with a bar and a number for each. In our walk it said "At the counter 10", because we made every booking at the counter. We did not make a booking any other way, so we cannot show you the other names in the list.
  6. To keep the detail, press Spreadsheet. Your browser saves a file. Ours was a plain table that opens in a spreadsheet program, with the columns Date, Time, Name, Players, Holes, Status, Source, Member, Checked in, No-shows, Phone and Email. One of our rows read: 2026-10-14, 15:00, Dana Whitcomb, 2 players, 18 holes, Booked, Staff, no, 1 checked in, 1 no-show, and empty phone and email.

What you should see

The date or date range, the five cards with numbers, and the list of where bookings came from. A range with no bookings says "Nothing booked in this range."

If it goes wrong

  • The "rounds played" number is bigger than the golfers who have actually played. The card is labelled "rounds played", but the page counts every golfer on a booking that is not cancelled, whether or not their time has come. In our walk the number was 10, and the line under no-shows said "1 checked in · 8 not marked". The eight were bookings nobody had marked. Read the number as "booked", and use the checked-in figure for who turned up. The label says more than the number does.
  • "Not marked" is big. Nobody marked those golfers as arrived or as no-shows. The card does not count them as absent. Mark the groups on the sheet, then open the report again.
  • The cancelled number is higher than the bookings you cancelled. We cancelled one booking of three golfers and the card said 3. It counts golfers, not bookings.
  • The page says "Nothing booked in this range." There are no bookings on the course you picked for those days. Check the course box on the sheet, then come back.
  • The spreadsheet has no phone or email. Our row from a counter booking had both empty. A booking only has them if someone typed them in.

Director's tip

Count after the last group has teed off and you have marked the day's arrivals. Then the "not marked" number is small and the report is easy to trust.
