Open the day's sheet

Find today's tee times, change the day or the course, and see at a glance how full the day is and when the next open time is. Use it at the start of a shift or when a golfer asks what is open.

Quick answer. Press Tee Sheet in the side menu. At the counter you can also press the Tee Sheet tile on the Front Desk screen. Today's sheet scrolls down to the Now line by itself. A row of days across the page changes the day, and the search box finds a booking by name, phone or email.

Who can do this: Front Desk (once signed in at the counter), an Organizer or an Admin.

Before you start

The club's tee sheet must already be set up with its first and last tee times. If it is not, see "If it goes wrong" below. At the counter, sign in first: Signing in at the station.

The steps

  1. Press Tee Sheet in the side menu, or the Tee Sheet tile ("Today's times — book, move, check in"). The page is headed Tee Sheet with the date, such as "Tuesday, October 13, 2026".
  2. If your club has more than one course, a box with a course's name in it sits in the row of buttons, between your name and Book a tee time. Tap it and choose the course you want. The sheet below is for that course only.
  3. Look at the row of days. It starts with today. Press a day to see it. The arrows at either end slide the row to earlier or later days. The Today button comes back to today, and the small calendar button at the right jumps to a day far ahead.
  4. Read the line under the row of days. It sits beside a thin bar that fills as the day fills up. It looks like "2 of 244 spots booked · next open 10:50 AM". The first number is how full the day is. The second is the next time you can book a group.
  5. Read the times. Each row is one tee time, in groups headed MORNING and AFTERNOON. A row that says Book is empty. A row with a name and "×2" has a booking of two golfers, and "2 open" tells you how many seats are left. On today's sheet a blue line marked Now shows the clock, and the page opens scrolled to it. Scroll up for the earlier times.
  6. To find a booking, type in the box that says "Find a booking — name, phone or email". Matches appear above the day row, each with its day, time, name and size, and whether it is checked in.
  7. The buttons at the top are Book a tee time, Print day sheet and More. Book, move and cancel a tee time and Check a group in pick up from here.

What you should see

The date, your course, the row of days, the "spots booked" line and the list of times, scrolled to the Now line when it is today.

If it goes wrong

  • The page says "Set up your tee sheet". The club's hours are not entered yet. An Admin sees a Set up the tee sheet button. At the counter the page says nobody has set the hours yet, and an admin or organizer can do it. Ask your manager.
  • It opened on the wrong course. Tap the course box in the row of buttons at the top and choose the right one.
  • A time that has already gone by still says Book. That is on purpose. You can book a group who is walking up late.
  • The search says Nothing matching. The search looks from today forward, so a booking from yesterday will not show up. Try fewer letters, or the phone number.
  • A strip above the times names a league night or a hold. The times it covers are held back. Ask an Admin if you need to book into them. Block times is an Admin tool and is not in the counter's More menu.
  • You are not sure what is in More. At the counter it holds Waiting list, Delay the day, Close the course, Rounds and Scan-to-Book kit. Delay the day and Close the course are for the whole day, so ask your manager before you press them.

Director's tip

Open the sheet and press Print day sheet before the first golfer arrives. The starter gets a paper copy that does not need a login.
