Print the day's sheet

Put the day's bookings on one page for the starter, with names, group sizes and phone numbers. It shows when the paper was printed, so you can tell whether a later booking is missing.

Quick answer. On the tee sheet, pick the course and the day, then press Print day sheet. A page opens with that day's bookings in a plain list: time, name, number of golfers, holes and a phone number. Press Print on that page. Two things to know before you hand it to a starter: the Previous day and Next day links did not change the page for us until we reloaded it, and the printout our test browser made carried the side menu.

Who can do this: Front Desk, an Organizer or an Admin. We walked it as the club Admin. At the counter, Print day sheet is one of the buttons at the top of the sheet, as Open the day's sheet says. We did not open the printed page from the counter.

Before you start

The day should have its bookings in already. The page says when it was made ("Printed Oct 14, 3:32 PM" in our walk), because paper cannot update itself.

The steps

  1. Press Tee Sheet in the side menu. If you have more than one course, pick the course in the box at the top. Press the day you want in the row of days.
  2. Press Print day sheet. A new page opens with four controls at the top: Back to the sheet, Previous day, Next day and Print.
  3. Read the top of the paper: the course's name, the date, such as "Thursday, October 15, 2026", then a count like "6 players" and "2 groups", and "Printed Oct 14, 3:32 PM". That last line is the time the page was made.
  4. Read the list. The headings are TIME, PLAYERS, ×, HOLES, CONTACT and IN. The name of the booking sits under PLAYERS, and the number of golfers sits under ×. A row such as "8:04 AM · Dana Whitfield · 2 · 18 · 5550142" is a booking for Dana Whitfield's group of two, playing 18 holes, with a phone number to call. In our walk a booking with no phone number and no email showed a dash in the contact column. The IN column holds an empty box. We did not walk it, and the source suggests it is a box to tick on the paper.
  5. Press Print, and use your browser's print window as you would for any page.
  6. To print a different day, press Back to the sheet, choose the day there, and press Print day sheet again. This is the sure way.

What you should see

A list of the day's bookings in time order under the course's name and date. A day with nothing booked says "Nothing booked on this day." and shows "0 players" and "0 groups".

If it goes wrong

  • You pressed Next day or Previous day and the page still shows the old day. The address at the top of the browser changes, but in our walk the page kept the old day's heading and list until we reloaded it. Reload the page and it shows the day in the address. Until this is fixed, use Back to the sheet and Print day sheet for each day, and look at the date under the course's name before you print.
  • The printout has the side menu and the top bar on it. In a PDF our test browser made from this page, both were there beside the list. We did not test a real printer. Look at your browser's print preview before you print a stack. If they are in it, the page is not ready for a clean paper copy yet, and you can tell us at support@back9ops.com.
  • A booking is missing from the paper. Read the "Printed" line. If the booking was made after that time, press Back to the sheet and Print day sheet again for a fresh page. We did not make a booking after printing, so we did not watch this happen.
  • The count is lower than you expected. The page is written to leave cancelled bookings out. We read that in the source and did not walk it on this page.
  • A course closure or blocked times. The page has room at the top for a "COURSE CLOSED" line and for blocked times such as a league night. We did not walk these, so we cannot say how they look on paper.

Director's tip

The sheet says when it was printed. Print it when you hand it over, and print a fresh one if someone books late.

Still stuck?

Email support@back9ops.com and tell us your club's name, which course and day you printed, and what the page showed.

Still stuck?

Email support@back9ops.com and tell us what you were trying to do. It helps to include the event or league name and what kind of phone or computer you are on.
