The event's tee sheet: the page you print
Once the groups are made, the tee sheet is the one page that lists every group, its start hole and tee time, and who is in it. Here is what it shows, where it lives and what it does not do.
Quick answer. Open the event's Pairings page and press Tee Sheet. The page lists each group with its starting hole, its tee time and its golfers, and has a Print button. It is for this one event. It is not the club's tee sheet that books golfers into times.
Who can do this: an Admin. This was walked as an Admin. We did not walk it as an Organizer.
Web only. This article covers the web pages. We did not check the phone app.
Before you start
The groups have to be made first. See Make the groups, by hand or auto-pair. Without groups the page has nothing to list.
The steps
- Open the Pairings page. On the event, go to Pairings. At the top, beside Round Setup, press Tee Sheet.
- Read the top of the page. It shows the event's name and its format, such as "Stroke Play · 100% Handicap". Beside it are DATE ("Saturday, November 7, 2026"), ROUND ("1 of 1") and PLAYERS (we saw 3).
- Read each group. A group box says Group 1, Hole 1 and the tee time ("8:00 AM"), then lists each golfer with a number beside the name. Two golfers with handicap indexes of 9.0 and 14.2 showed 9 and 14. A golfer with no handicap showed a dash.
- Press Print. The page is built to be printed. The bottom says "Generated" with the date. We pressed no further than the button, so we did not see a printed copy.
- Go back. The link at the top left says Pairings and, in the source, returns you to the Pairings page. We did not press it.
What you should see
One box per group. The page opens as an ordinary web page, without the side menu, so it is easy to print or put on a screen.
If it goes wrong
- The page says "No pairings have been created yet." The event has no groups. Press Build pairings → under it. We saw this on an event with no groups, and PLAYERS said 0.
- A golfer is missing from the sheet. Someone added to the field after the groups were made is in no group. See Someone is missing from the group.
- A group has no tee time. The source shows "TBD" there, and we did not walk it. Set the times on the Pairings page with Set Tee Times.
- A dash beside a golfer. That golfer had no handicap on file. Add it on the Players page.
- There is more than one round. The source puts a round picker at the top when an event has more than one round. Our event had one round, so we did not walk it.
- A golfer who dropped out. The source marks a withdrawn golfer with WD and keeps them in their group so the group does not change on a sheet already printed. We did not walk this one.
- I want scorecards, not a list. See Print scorecards and field packets.
Director's tip
Print the tee sheet last, after you have fixed the groups for the morning, so the paper in the starter's hand matches the page on your screen.
