For players
- Playing in an event: what to expect You signed up. Here is where to find your event, your tee time and your group, what to press on the day, and where to see how you did.
- Score your round on your phone How to put in the scores for you and your group, hole by hole, fix a wrong number, and submit the card when you finish.
- See the leaderboard and where you stand How to open the live leaderboard, what each column means, switch between gross and net, and find your league standings.
- Scoring without an account: the QR code on your card Scan the QR code on your scorecard and score your round right in your phone's browser. No account, nothing to install, and a way to keep going through a dead spot.
- You closed the page: get back to your round You scored with the QR code on your card and closed the page, or your phone shut it. Scan the same code again and carry on where you stopped.
- Your league: standings, schedule and your week Where to find your league, your place in the standings, the whole season at a glance, your group and tee time for the week, and how to tell your director you are in or out.
- Your profile and your schedule Where a golfer sees their handicap and Back9Ops number, what is coming up and what they have played, how to fix their own details, and why a league night can show on one page and not on another.
- Your inbox: messages from your club and your events Where the messages from your club and your events land, how to open one, and what Mark read, Dismiss and Mark all read do.
- Play a casual round on your own Keep your own score for a round with no event and no league. Press Play, start a round, tap each hole's score, then finish and see your card.
- Friends, and sending a round to them Turn on your friend link, say yes to a request, choose what your friends see, and send a finished round to your friends. Nobody is added without a yes from both sides.
- Player+: fun games with friends Host a Skins, Wolf or Stroke game for your group. Pick a course, invite your friends with one link, start the game, enter scores and finish it. Your friends do not need to be hosts.
